HemaSync is a Vanthilium product.
HemaSync allows users to permanently delete their account and associated cloud data.
How to delete your account
- Open HemaSync.
- Go to Settings.
- Open Profile.
- Scroll to the Danger Zone section.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion.
What will be deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is immediately and permanently removed from HemaSync:
- Google Sign-In account association
- User profile
- Saved hematology cases
- Archived cases
- AI credit history
- AI request records
- Synchronization sessions
- Local application data
Data outside HemaSync
HemaSync does not retain your account or associated application data after deletion.
Deletion does not remove files you have exported or saved outside HemaSync. Third-party services, such as an app store, manage records they independently hold under their own policies.
