HemaSync is a Vanthilium product.
HemaSync allows users to permanently delete their account and associated cloud data.
How to delete your account
- Open HemaSync.
- Go to Settings.
- Open Profile.
- Scroll to the Danger Zone section.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion.
What will be deleted
When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Google Sign-In account association
- User profile
- Saved hematology cases
- Archived cases
- AI credit history
- AI request records
- Synchronization sessions
- Local application data
What may be retained
Some information may be retained where required for:
- fraud prevention
- financial/legal obligations
- Google Play purchase records
Retained information is not used to identify you after account deletion.
